The Southern Highlands
We are beyond excited to be able to welcome our nearest and dearest to such a special part of the world. We are fortunate enough to have friends and family travelling from all over Australia and even internationally.
Mittagong is conveniently located just over an hour drive south of Sydney and is also accessible via train from central station.
For those visiting for the full 3 days (or more), there are plenty of lovely places to visit in the area.
Not only is there beautiful country scenery, highland cows, waterfalls and plenty of golf courses, there are also many great cafe’s and restaurants.

Getting there
Travel By Car
Travel by car to Mittagong takes approximately:
3 hours from Newcastle
1 hour 15 from Sydney
8 hours from Melbourne
For those flying into Sydney Airport, we suggest hiring a car to make the most of your time in the Southern Highlands.
Travel By Train
If driving is not an option, Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale all have stations along the Southern Highlands Line leaving from Sydney’s Central Station.
The Fitzroy Inn is located approximately 1.5km from Mittagong Train Station
